These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the organization operating the fuje9 platform and any individual using fuje9's services, website, or applications. These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh.

3.1 Deposit Terms

To deposit funds into fuje9, you can use bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming activities. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using funds belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Liability

4.1 Welcome Bonus

fuje9 offers a welcome bonus for new users — a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Bets placed on restricted games or events will not count toward wagering calculations. fuje9 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If fuje9 determines that a user is abusing bonuses (such as creating multiple accounts, placing artificial bets, or manipulating games to fulfill bonus conditions), the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled from that account and the account may be closed.

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on fuje9 are governed by these Terms and the specific rules of each game or sporting event. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, although fuje9 may at its discretion offer an option to cancel a bet in special cases.

5.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply when placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events:

• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded.
• If an event is partially completed, the result will be determined in accordance with fuje9's own policy.
• fuje9 reserves the right to void a bet if incorrect odds were offered due to a technical error.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games, including live casino and slots, use RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer methods. Each game's outcome is entirely independent and does not depend on previous results. fuje9 uses established technology to ensure fair play.

5.4 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or software error, fuje9 may cancel that transaction and refund the amount where applicable. Any winnings in such circumstances will not be considered valid.

fuje9's loyalty program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

The specific terms for cashback and other VIP benefits are determined at fuje9's discretion and may change at any time. VIP tier benefits are personal and non-transferable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fuje9:

1. Any form of fraud, hacking, or deceptive activity.
2. Operating games through automated software, bots, or scripts.
3. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
4. Stealing another user's information or attempting unauthorized access to their account.
5. Operating multiple accounts by the same person or members of the same household.
6. Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems.
7. Participating in gaming activities on behalf of a minor.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, the account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited where applicable.
